	&lt;p&gt;Well done the hospital for not recognising this earlier, who trains these people in spotting MBP??? and what are they teaching them ???&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;15 people ( at least )could have died, another Beverley Allitt walks the wards , and still the police and the doctors will not learn . &lt;/p&gt;
